Few basic points that are relevant with the group's choices and all. Spoilers Below.
It's worth mentioning this is the 'base' for this character, I will be flexible with writing partners and switch things around for PSLs. The only thing I won't touch is him being convinced not to ascend.

General

The Avatar is the base Dragonborn Dark Urge. The character/leader of the group was good aligned, actively fighting the urge and trying to do the Right Thing. Astarion was moderately impressed with their ability to survive despite their 'idiotic decisions'.
Non romanced Astarion. He had the permission to drink from the Urge's neck and that's where it ends. ~~Some may even call them friends.~~ He puts up with the Durge's ~~idiotic~~ heroic attitude because the man is quite talented when it comes to killing, has good blood and often offers, plus is actually great for protection.
His personal quest was completed.
Of all possible companions, only Minthara was killed. Owlbear Pup an Scratch are safe with the group.

Act 1

Helped the Tiefling and saved the Emerald Grove. He was hardly the happiest about the choice, but could see the benefit in joining either faction to deal with their problem. Mark of the Absolute rejected.
Near the teahouse, the redcaps and Auntie Ethel were killed. Everyone inside the teahouse that could be saved, was saved. The gur hunter and the frog were spared,
Left the Githyanki Creche behind, explored the underground fully. Sided with the Myconids over the Durgear and helped the gnomes escape.
Allowed the Durge to use the first Tadpole to make sure things were safe enough, then proceeded to consume a few himself.
He did try to seduce the Durge for profit and was turned down. Turns out the Durge was after, ew, friendship. No big deal, he could appreciate having an ally without having to work hard for it.

Act 2

Sided with the the Harpers against the forces in Moonrise Tower. Not quite what he wanted to do, but still what the party agreed to go with.
Pixie was left free, prisoners were rescued, Thaniel was rescued, all those 'good' aligned choices that Astarion doesn't quite agree with.
Did NOT bite Araj. She did live, though.
At least he had amusing moments, like when the scissor sisters 'practiced' on each others and when the Durge outdrank a certain barman making him explode. A poor gentleman has to take his little joys.
He managed to figure out the meaning behind his scar and that there is a rite to Ascend.
Broke the Shadow Curse over the forest, proud winner of Oliver's hide and seek game.

Act 3

Made allies all around town. The 'nice' ones. Saved the Hag survivors and the kid in her stomach, helped Rolan obtain control over the tower, saved the prisoners in the underwater prison, saved as many forge workers as possible and then put Wroot in charge of the ironhands, destroyed the hidden Sharran Temple and the Murder Tribunal
Blood was spilled. Garlach and Orin lie in shambles. The group didn't even bother negotiate with them once Orin dared to kidnap Lae'Zel and tried to kill Yenna.
Didn't ascend. He still can't believe he didn't do that, the Durge made him soft. He spared the prisoners.
HE GOT A PORTRAIT OF HIMSELF FROM OSKAR THE ARTIST. He lives for it.
The Surge sided with Orpheus and the emperor left. The Githyanki became a Mind Flayer and Baldur's gate was saved with the destruction of the Big Brain.
